How To Buy
Our furniture can be viewed by appointment at our Clapham showroom in London. Please call 020 7622 5075 to arrange an appointment. Not all our pieces are at the showroom all the time so do say if it’s a particular piece you would like to view.
Once you have placed your order, we will issue an invoice and require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to delivery.
Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by cheque made payable to PINCH DESIGN LTD, all details are on the paperwork.
We hold many of our smaller pieces and standard items in stock, which can be dispatched without delay. Upholstery is made to order, on an 8 week lead time, and bespoke commissions should be factored on a 12 week lead time.
Any required delivery costs, domestic or international, will be quoted at the time of invoice – and will stipulate the delivery mode. Where possible please advise final postcodes and any access considerations at the point of ordering.
