For the 2025 edition of the London Design Festival, we were delighted to take part in “A Softer World”, a celebration of design curated by Alex Tieghi-Walker in the Brompton Design District.
As a theme, “A Softer World” explored design that connects and softens the world around us. From tactility and material memory to emotional resonance and poetic form, softness was examined as a tool for reconnecting with one another, with the environments we inhabit, and with the objects we make and use every day.
Hosted in the private dining space of The Lavery, we presented our intimate installation “Supper in The Studio” within the setting of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on South Kensington’s Cromwell Place. A clipped and elegant dining scene featured a curated edit of our collection, surrounded by the oddities and curiosities that have made our own studio such a warm, productive, and creative space.
The exhibition also included a selection of our much-loved ephemera, from 1:5 handmade maquettes to samples, found objects, and other sources of inspiration, alongside new product previews.
Our London Design Festival collection highlights designs featured in the installation, which can be viewed here.
