Terms of Service

All our goods are suitable only for general domestic use.  We only serve customers making purchases for domestic and private products. 

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

• Register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers,  hotels and short term rental  addresses are not acceptable.
• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. The rejection of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Services representative, and we will refund any amount you have already paid us. 

You will receive an order processing confirmation after placing your order.  This does not indicate our acceptance of your order.  Your order is accepted once we have confirmed that the goods are released for delivery.  At this point our  team validate your order, and send you an update email to confirm the order has been issued for dispatch.

You own the products once we have accepted your order and we have received payment in full. You are responsible for the products when we deliver them to the address you gave us.

The lead time indicated at the time of placing the order is an estimate only, based upon the best available information on stock levels and transportation time,  and is assumed accepted by the customer.

Our products are quality checked and approved before they are shipped. Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and do not sign for them unless you are certain they have arrived in perfect condition.   If you are unable to check the contents on arrival, please specify that you have inspected the box only and raise any concerns on its condition where appropriate.  Please report any damage or faulty goods to us within 24hrs, providing photographic captures of both product and packaging.  All packaging must be retained.  If you sign for goods and then find them to be damaged, and you do not report the damage within 24 hrs, we and the delivery company cannot assume liability.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, dimensions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Reproduction of colours and finish is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow,  and variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens or browsers should be allowed for.  All measurements given are subject to tolerances.

The finish and colour of timber products will also differ according to variations of grain, knots, colour and naturally occurring markings.  We work hard to match and select our timbers and to ensure all imagery is as accurate in reflecting tone as possible, but we cannot accept faulty returns based on a rejection of natural variations.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.  You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.  You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content  for the  purpose of buying a product. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
